Love this! And as for the recipe for my meal- it's super easy! Cook rice, fry two eggs, crack open a can of tuna, steam the kabocha (poke holes in it and zap for 10 min in microwave), put it all together. Add the pickled ginger and shoyu (both bought ready made at store). Hope that helps and that you try it out! :)
