PONY RYDER: What do you remember about Chanel Couture – your debut show?
DARLA BAKER: Karl Lagerfeld, a painfully tight corset and it being really bright.

PONY RYDER: Do you prefer your Vogue Cover or French cover?
DARLA BAKER: The Vogue Cover.....shot in a beautifully preserved Sicilian village in Palermo, Sicily.

PONY RYDER: When you were in Paris, did you try escargots?
DARLA BAKER: Not in Paris but recently in Sardinia and it was - oh - so delicious.

PONY RYDER: How about oysters! People seem to be crazy about them, but not us… The flavor is too odd.
DARLA BAKER: They are Aphrodisiacs! I used to love them...but sadly I think I might have developed an allergy to shellfish :(

PONY RYDER: What’s your secret food indulgence?
DARLA BAKER: My food indulgences are not secret...they are gourmet.

PONY RYDER: Do you prefer Zara or H&M? Where is Mango in all that?
DARLA BAKER: If I had to choose, I guess H&M...hardly ever shop there but quite often will like what someone is wearing and they say H&M. Mango is a fruit.

PONY RYDER: What's your most recent purchase?

DARLA BAKER: Wood from the Hardware store....Redoing my bathroom.

PONY RYDER: How do you stay in shape?
DARLA BAKER: I have an incredible trainer and I like to run.

PONY RYDER: Do you have a favorite body lotion?
DARLA BAKER: Good old Nivea.

PONY RYDER: How do you maintain your skin?
DARLA BAKER: I get facials, quit smoking, Drink lots of water, scrub once a week and Clinique toner before moisturizing, night and day.

PONY RYDER: Are you concentrated only on expensive skin products or do you also shop at drugstores?
DARLA BAKER: Drugstores in Europe have everything. But in the typical Duane Reade I like the brand Alba.

PONY RYDER: Beauty secrets?
DARLA BAKER: No secrets. Just sleep, water and moisturizing.

PONY RYDER: What’s in your beauty bag at the moment?
DARLA BAKER: Tom Ford red lipstick, eyebrow gel and Elizabeth Arden 8hr creme.

PONY RYDER: Darla, what type of perfumes do you like, strong one or flower ones… which one do you use right now?
DARLA BAKER: Floral. My momma got me Vera Wangs Princess :)

PONY RYDER: Will you miss Oprah when she retires?
DARLA BAKER: Wasn’t aware....Don’t really watch TV... and I’m sure she’ll still be around...so no.
