PR: What do you like to eat during this terrible heat?

STEPHANIE RAD: I eat anything that is given to me.. apart from mushrooms! As long as it’s not heavy and stogggy as in the heat it’s just a killer!

PR: Have you had better summers prior or after you became a mode?

STEPHANIE RAD: To be very honest, it hasn’t made a difference to me, every summer has always been fun for me in some way or another, I love warm weather!

PR: What colors are you choosing for your summer street style look?

STEPHANIE RAD: I have no essentials..I go with the flow, whatever takes my fancy when I look in my cupboard.

PR: Considering that models are your work colleagues, is your friendship with them different to friends from school or childhood?

STEPHANIE RAD: It’s different but only because I don’t know them as well and often you only see them for a few days every few months, I see my school friends every day and grew up with most of them.

PR: So you would choose Kings of Lyon over the Coldplay? We think Chris Martin is cute!

STEPHANIE RAD: I’m not sure actually, because I like Kings of Lyon…but when I was younger my dad used to always play it so I would pretend I was part of them, I like them both.

PR: How long have you been playing the piano?

STEPHANIE RAD: Ummm about 5 years, I used to do grades but then I stopped and started playing because I liked to be able to choose what I can learn, I just learnt how to play ‘River Flows in You’ because I love it so much!

PR: You also like Britney… that is one interesting choice. Why do you like her?

STEPHANIE RAD: She’s an all round favorite, I went to her concert last year, I could not speak after.

I just think that she’s pretty much amazing for what she did and every song is catchy and fun and you can always listen to it!

PR: What is your favorite summer drink?

BONNIE CHEN: Zico coconut water and green tea frappuccino.

PR: How about summer food?

BONNIE CHEN: Sushi and ice-cream!

PR: What sun protection factor do you use, as well as brand?

BONNIE CHEN: I put on sun blocks every day even if it’s a raining day. It protects your skin in the long term.

Now I am using Estee Lauder Cyber White extra intensive UV protector SPF 50, I also put on Hawaiian Tropic tanning lotion on my body during summer, because it's always nice to enjoy the sunshine and get a little bit glow on your body.

PR: When was the last time you had a free summer anyway?

BONNIE CHEN: To be honest, I never had a real free summer. It was probably the summer before I entered Elite Model Look in 2001 when I traveled to Australia with my schoolmates.

I was a professional rhythmic gymnast from age 6 to 15, so I had no holidays except for training. After that I saved up all my holidays for modeling during high school.

And when I studied in the US, I always had internships during summer, such as working for Shanghai TV station, and Beijing Olympic Committee for competition management of gymnastics.

PR: Is there some particular item you want for this summer?

BONNIE CHEN: I want a messenger bag with old school leather and a straw hat that does not change its shape after I pack it in my luggage when I am traveling. I also want to buy some good heels that are easy to walk in.

PR: What would you be if you were not a model? Lots of people don’t know that you are an artist.

KATERINA SMUTOK: I guess that most of the people need no more than 13 minutes to realize that I'm an artist. Unfortunately, the clients never give you more than 4 minutes on the casting. But to return the question back to you, do you know that I create my own clothes?

I cannot say that my life could be different in any other way. Modeling is just one parallel of my life. I wanted to be an architect, but then I changed the idea. After I finish my first education, I want to get a second one that is really art related. I cannot go far from all this art!!!
