MARISA MILLER: 'I believe you have to fake it till you make it. Act like you're confident and you'll get there.'
MARISA MILLER: 'Eating smart is all about having an awareness of your body,' says the model who likes to munch on brown rice, quinoa and kale chips.
'The most obvious way to do that is by seeing it.
'So when you're trying to lose weight, spend more time wearing less. I don't think I could eat a plate of nachos naked - could you?'
MARISA MILLER: 'Going to the gym can be pretty monotonous. I felt like I was getting a little too skinny, so I stopped doing so much cardio and started practicing Pilates and working more on strength training and toning."
