VALENTINA ZELYAEVA: Juice recipe

When you juice your fruits and veggies it is important to have them all organic!

* 1 large cucumber
* ½ fennel
* 2 oranges

VALENTINA ZELYAEVA: It tastes so refreshing! And I feel like its even more hydrating then water.
This is a great juice to drink when you feel like your skin is getting dry (like now – winter time) or when you are dehydrated after traveling on a plane.
When you juice your fruits and veggies it is important to have them all organic! If you are on tight budget, I suggest you buy half organic and half non-organic. If you are going to cook your vegetables, use non-organic. And if you are going to eat it raw or make a juice, then use your organic stuff.

JOSH KLOSS: the interview

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW

Los Angeles, 2011

MODEL/ACTOR JOSHUA KLOSS @  Pinkerton LA

PR: Let's start by talking about your acting career, Josh. How do you work on your acting skills, do you have a coach?

JOSH KLOSS: No coach right now, I know I will want the help for big films.
But I also truly believe all the feelings and emotions I need are within me right now. I’ve spent most of my life studying human nature via being a loner and now I'm more than ready to share what I've learned with the world on camera.

PR: What type of roles do directors and producers associate you with?

JOSH KLOSS: Leading man, all characters.

PR: What is your ultimate goal in the film industry?

JOSH KLOSS: Well, so far it's as simple as showing the world I have what it takes, but I don't set ultimate goals anymore just short ones I know I can achieve.

PR: Do you think that modeling is helping you develop your career in acting?

JOSH KLOSS: Absolutely, It has given me huge opportunity, it's allowed me to travel and meet many more personalities. And modeling has helped me free up the movement of my body and given me permission to express feelings to an audience.

PR: So we can't skip the question about your video with Katy Perry, "Teenage Dream" - how did that come about?

JOSH KLOSS: I went on an audition with hundreds of guys, which Is normal and then forgot about it when I left the building which is normal.

A few weeks later out of nowhere I was waiting at MILK studios LA for Katy to meet me.  I didn’t have a clue what to expect but then she walked in. Entourage in tow Katy shook my hand, tilted her sunglasses down to look me in the eyes and the rest is history.

PR: You kissed Katy! What do you fancy the most about her?

JOSH KLOSS: Her ability to block out fear and get lost in a moment.  We wound up singing a worship song together from our youth in that old Beamer.  That 's not what people expect to hear I'm sure, but for me I'm more moved by the heart than looks.

PR: Could we catch you singing Teenage Dream or any other song by Katy?
JOSH KLOSS: Depends where you catch me! I'd have to say "Teenage dream" but I want to say "Firework". There I said them both.

PR: You sure did Josh... So... Who was your teenage dream?

JOSH KLOSS: Heidi Klum hands down, she still lights up the world
x

PR: You looked great in the video, and on all your photos. How do you work out?

JOSH KLOSS: Thanks, super intense weight training, throw in all my pain into every rep, and very little cardio, I'm too tired for much by the end of a weight day anyways.

You can really get a great cardiovascular workout through intense weight training with shorter rest periods. I want to be clear though that I don't think I am a trainer or fitness professional.

PR: Kentucky Fried Chicken, Josh, really? But that is so... bad for you! How are you finding balance between unhealthy food and your sculpted body? Do you pay attention to your diet at all?

JOSH KLOSS: Chicken has protein! I enjoy KFC to no end it seems but you don't have to eat all that skin, and after a killer workout those mashed potatoes help, believe it or not. So the answer is yes I always keep an eye on my diet especially if it's not the healthiest food, that way I know what I have to burn off.

PR: What do you think about the problem of obesity in America? What would you say is the solution to this?

JOSH KLOSS: It's heartbreaking and for me a physical manifestation of the unhappiness spread deep in so many Americans hearts.  I don't really know how to fix the underlying problem.
But I believe the first solution that should be mandated is healthier fast-food joints, no joke!

PR: Your ideal breakfast is...
JOSH KLOSS: My Ideal is oatmeal, raisins, and smoked salmon.
My favorite is McDonalds breakfast, sorry.

PR: Could you become a vegetarian?

JOSH KLOSS: If we run out if cows and chickens of course. I need to study the health benefits though because I wouldn't mind being healthier and saving some animals in the process.

PR: Name 3 things that can seduce you?
JOSH KLOSS: Long hair, intent, a kiss

PR: How taken are you?
JOSH KLOSS: I was taken and I was taken advantage of.

PR: What is your greatest fear?
JOSH KLOSS: Roller coasters.

PR: What is next for you, Josh?

JOSH KLOSS: As far as modeling campaigns look out for Christian Lacroix, Impetus underwear, L'Bel, Velez. And I'll leave everything else for surprise!

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW

MODEL JONATHAN  MARQUEZ @ CLICK NY

Jonathan's book @ CLICK NY
PR: Jonathan, you represent a strong, passionate Latin man, so-called man from Tisci's tribe!  Do you think you are like that in everyday life?

JONATHAN MARQUEZ: I am passionate about life.

PR: How do the clients and agents describe your look?

JONATHAN MARQUEZ: Clients describe my look as strong/diverse.

PR: What clicked between you and CLICK? You have been asked to model many times but it's only when they approached you that you said yes.

JONATHAN MARQUEZ: If a new exciting opportunity presents itself, why wouldn’t I take it?  You live once.  Do it all…

PR: What does a Givenchy casting look like?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: I have always been directly booked, but I can only imagine it would be the most diverse and beautiful group of people.

PR: Tell us your impression of LEA T. We think she is wonderful. You?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ:  Lea T is always a pleasure to be around and was great to work with.

Givenchy F/W 10.11 by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott

PR: Were you aware about how coveted Givenchy campaign is?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ:  I was very aware of how coveted the Givenchy campaign was and was very happy to be shooting it.
GIVENCHY F/W 10/11 by KARIM SADLI

PR: How long did it take to shoot it?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: It took about 15 hours.

PR: What was more difficult to shoot: main campaign or Givenchy accessories?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: Accessories was more challenging.  You are responsible for wearing something people wear everyday and selling it via presentation

PR: You wore a leopard suit on the Givechy runway. Would you wear it in private?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: I most definitely would.  No doubt.

PR: How many Givenchy items do you personally own? Name a few….
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: I own a couple of pieces.  Winter coat, The notorious t-shirt, socks etc.

PR: Name 3 things that can seduce you?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: Music, Organic Talent and a good Cerveza :)

PR: Which half do you like better - Guatemalan or Puerto Rican?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: The only side I know is my Guatemalan.  I have been more connected to Guatemala my whole life.

PR: Do you know how to be gentle?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: I am gentle with the people I love and the people that love me.

PR: You are very interested in music, aren't you?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ:  Producing music is my personal outlet and passion.

JONATHAN MARQUEZ:  I am releasing a mix tape called “Peace of Mind”.

PR: Who influenced you musically?
JONATHAN MARQUEZ: Sade, Ryan Leslie, The Foreign Exchange, and many classical composers.

PR: 5 most played tracks on your iPod.
